Instructions

To preserve freshness, squeeze all air out of bag before sealing. To safely defrost foods, place frozen food in Glad bags on a plate in the refrigerator. Do not defrost on the countertop. When microwaving, open zipper about an inch (2 or 3 centimeter) to vent and place bag on a plate.
