  • How do I create an account?
    You can sign up for a Vitabox account here. There are no annual fees and an account gives you access to exclusive discounts and loyalty benefits. You can also create Wish Lists, save your payment information, access your order history and view your order status.
  • How can I check my order status?

    To check your order status, just Login to your account and then visit the Orders section. As soon as your item ships, a tracking number will be displayed.

    If you have an issue with an order, please reach out to our Support Team.

  • What is your return policy?

    At Vitabox.com, customer service is our number one priority. Our goal is to ensure that all customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We stand behind all of the products that we sell.

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept all returns within 90 days from the date of the invoice. Goods must be returned in their original packaging in salable condition. We cannot accept a return if an item has been opened or used, unless the item was damaged or defective.

    Any package that is refused or undeliverable due to insufficient address is subject a refund less shipping. Your refund or credit will be issued within 30 days of your return being received.

    If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to process the return.

  • What forms of payment does Vitabox accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal and Apple Pay. We plan to add additional payment methods in the future. If you’d like to suggest one, please send us a note here and we will share your feedback with our product team.

  • How much does it cost to ship my order?

    We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of $35 or more within the contiguous United States. If you are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands, standard shipping on any size order (regardless of weight or cost) is just $9.99.

    Today, we are only processing orders within the United States, but we have plans to expand to other countries soon. If you are interested in shopping with us and live outside of the U.S., we’d love to hear from you. Please send us a note at support@vitabox.com and we will send you a coupon code when we launch in your country.

  • Do you offer free shipping?
    We offer free shipping on all orders over $35, no subscription fees or annual memberships required. Free shipping will automatically be applied to qualified orders at checkout.
  • My order reached $35. Why am I still being charged for shipping?

    Free standard shipping requires a minimum merchandise total of $35 not including tax. Make sure that the subtotal of your Cart is $35 or more. If you are still having issues, please reach out to our Support Team.

  • When will I receive my order with standard shipping?
    You’ll receive your standard shipping order in 2-5 business days from the date it ships. In-stock items are usually ready to ship within one business day from the time an order is placed. Expedited shipping options may be available for your order at checkout and prices will be determined based on the cart and destination.
  • When will I receive my refund?

    Once your order is received by our returns department, you will receive an email to let you know that a refund has been processed for the returned items. This email will include the amount of the refund for your records. After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return. You can check the status of your order that was returned/refunded in the Orders section of your account.

  • How do I add or remove an item from my order?

    If you have already placed your order, contact our Support Team as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order if it hasn’t already been processed.

  • Why does my order include sales tax?

    Products sold by Vitabox for delivery to certain states are subject to sales tax. This will be automatically applied during checkout based on the products sold and the shipping destination.

    If a product is subject to sales tax in the state to which the order will be shipped, tax is calculated on the total selling price of each individual taxable product. In accordance with state tax laws, the total selling price of a product will generally include applicable product-level discounts and allocation of order-level discounts.

    Additionally, shipping charges may be subject to sales tax in accordance with state tax laws. The amount of tax charged on your order will depend upon many factors, including the type of product(s) purchased and destination of the shipment.

    Please note: Because factors can change between the time your order is placed and the time your credit card is charged, the final sales tax amount may differ from the original estimate.

  • Do you ship internationally?
