Calcium (from Calcium Carbonate) 1,000mg, Magnesium (from Magnesium Oxide) 400mg, Zinc (from Zinc Gluconate) 15mg. Microcrystalline Cellulose, Maltodextrin, Acacia Gum, Croscarmellose Sodium, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Titanium Dioxide, Triacetin, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Wax.

Instructions

As a Dietary Supplement, Take (3) Three Tablets Daily with a Meal.
