Instructions

• Use warm to help relieve headaches, muscle aches and pains
• Chills quickly for fast relief of bumps, bruises, scrapes and insect bites or to cool down on hot summer days
• Heat product in 5 second intervals. Heating time not to exceed 15 seconds

Suggested Use

• Convenient: can be easily microwaved for 10 seconds to treat muscle ache and cramps. Or can be frozen to use as a cold compress for fast relief
• Machine washable and reusalbe: the hot and cold gel pack insert can be conveniently removed and the outer lining can be machine washed in cold water
